At Prima, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our bars are made with perishable ingredients, all purchases are considered final sale and we do not accept returns due to taste preferences.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us at info@eatprima.com within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue (photos are helpful too), and our team will do everything we can to make it right.
